Cool whip Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - GF Pretzels Crushed
  2. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  3. 3/4 cups - melted butter
  4. 8 ounces - Cream Cheese softened
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 1 cups - sugar
  7. 2 cups - cool whip
  8. 6 ounces - Gelatin (Rasp or strawberry)
  9. 2 cups - boiling water
  10. 20 ounces - Frozen Fruit (Raspberry or strawberry)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix crust ingredients and flatten into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Beat Cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold into cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.
Mix Gelatin and water until dissolved. Add frozen fruit. Let gelatin partially set and cool before pouring over cool whip layer. Refrigerate until fully set.
