Coconut Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/4 cups - almond flour
  2. 1 cups - dark chocolate chips
  3. 1/2 cups - coconut milk
  4. 1/2 cups - shredded coconut
  5. 1/2 cups - slivered almonds
  6. 2 whole - eggs
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - sea salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
  9. - coconut oil

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Melt your chocolate and coconut milk in a small saucepan over low heat.

3. Once the chocolate is melted, transfer to a mixing bowl.

4. Add in eggs and mix well.

5. Add almond flour, shredded coconut, salt and baking powder and mix well.

6. Grease 8x8-inch baking dish with coconut oil.

7. Pour batter into dish and sprinkle with slivered almonds.

8. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
