Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - beef round steak, 1/2" thick
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 cups - Wesson Oil
- 1/2 cups - water
- 6 - small boiling onions
- 1 - bay leaf
- 10 ounces - frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 tablespoons - flour
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 15 1/2 ounces - Hunt's Manwich Sauce
- 4 ounces - mushrooms, undrained
- 3 - medium potatoes, sliced
Directions:
Cut steak into 1" pieces; coat with flour mixed with salt and pepper. Brown in Wesson Oil; drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients except mixed vegetables. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add vegetables, simmer 15 minutes longer.
