Ingredients:
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups - soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cups - sweet onion chopped
- 1/4 cups - brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cups - ketchup
- 1 tablespoons - cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - worcestershire sauce
- 1 pounds - ground venison
- 1/2 pounds - pork sausage
- 4 strips - bacon
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble venison and sausage over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf in a greased 11x7 in baking dish. Top with bacon strips. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 40-45 mins or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160. Let stand for 5-10 mins before slicing.
