Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - Unsalted Butter room temp
  2. 1 cups - Light Brown Sugar packed
  3. 1 cups - Granulated Sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  5. 2 - Extra Large Eggs room temp
  6. 2/3 cups - Good Unsweetened Cocoa
  7. 2 cups - All-Purpose flour
  8. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  9. 1 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
  10. 1 1/2 pounds - Good White Chocolate coarsely chopped
  11. 1/2 pounds - Unsalted Butter room temp
  12. 1 cups - Light Brown Sugar packed
  13. 1 cups - Granulated Sugar
  14. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  15. 2 - Extra Large Eggs room temp
  16. 2/3 cups - Good Unsweetened Cocoa
  17. 2 cups - All-Purpose flour
  18. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  19. 1 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
  20. 1 1/2 pounds - Good White Chocolate coarsely chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F
Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy in the bowl of an electric mixer with the paddle attachment. Add the vanilla, then the eggs one at a time, mix well. Add cocoa and mix well. Sift together the baking soda, flour and salt. Add mixture to the mixer on low speed until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls on parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten dough balls slightly.
Bake exactly 15 minutes (the cookies will appear underdone). Remove from oven and let cool slightly on the pan, then transfer to rack and cool completely.
