Ingredients:
- 1/2 pounds - Unsalted Butter room temp
- 1 cups - Light Brown Sugar packed
- 1 cups - Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 2 - Extra Large Eggs room temp
- 2/3 cups - Good Unsweetened Cocoa
- 2 cups - All-Purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 pounds - Good White Chocolate coarsely chopped
- 1/2 pounds - Unsalted Butter room temp
- 1 cups - Light Brown Sugar packed
- 1 cups - Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 2 - Extra Large Eggs room temp
- 2/3 cups - Good Unsweetened Cocoa
- 2 cups - All-Purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoons - Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 pounds - Good White Chocolate coarsely chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy in the bowl of an electric mixer with the paddle attachment. Add the vanilla, then the eggs one at a time, mix well. Add cocoa and mix well. Sift together the baking soda, flour and salt. Add mixture to the mixer on low speed until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls on parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten dough balls slightly.
Bake exactly 15 minutes (the cookies will appear underdone). Remove from oven and let cool slightly on the pan, then transfer to rack and cool completely.
