Chocolate Eclair

Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - graham crackers
  2. 2 packages - French vanilla instant pudding
  3. 3 cups - milk
  4. 9 ounces - container Cool Whip
  5. 2 squares - baking chocolate (OR 1/2 cup chocolate chips)
  6. 2 teaspoons - light corn syrup
  7. 3 teaspoons - milk
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Line a 13-by-9-inch pan with graham crackers.

Mix vanilla pudding with milk. Fold in Cool Whip.

Layer half of pudding, second layer of crackers, other half of pudding, and a third layer of crackers in pan.

Melt baking chocolate or chocolate chips with corn syrup, milk and vanilla.

Spread over top. Refrigerate overnight.
