Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Pretzels

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - creamy peanut butter
  2. 2 tablespoons - softened butter
  3. 1/2 cups - powdered sugar
  4. 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  5. - Pretzels
  6. 4 squares - chocolate almond bark

  9. 1 cups - creamy peanut butter
  10. 2 tablespoons - softened butter
  11. 1/2 cups - powdered sugar
  12. 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  13. - Pretzels
  14. 4 squares - chocolate almond bark

Directions:

1.Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Mix peanut butter and butter together. Scrape down bowl and sugars and beat until combined. You should be able to roll the mixture in to balls without sticking to your hands. Add more powdered sugar until you reach this consistency.
3. Roll the mixuture into small balls. Sandwich the balls between two pretzels and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Stir occasionally til smooth.
5. Dip each pretzel halfway into the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet. Let sit until the chocolate is set. Store in airtight container.
