Chocolate Crumb Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Butter or margarine
  2. 1 3/4 cups - All-Purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cups - Granulated sugar
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 2 cups - NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Chocolate Morsels divided
  6. 1 cans - Sweetened Condensed Milk
  7. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  8. 1 cups - Chopped Walnuts
  9. 1 cups - Butter or margarine
  10. 1 3/4 cups - All-Purpose flour
  11. 1/2 cups - Granulated sugar
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  13. 2 cups - NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Chocolate Morsels divided
  14. 1 cans - Sweetened Condensed Milk
  15. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  16. 1 cups - Chopped Walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.
Beat butter in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar, and salt until crumbly. With floured fingers, press 2 cups crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared baking pan; reserve remaining mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Combine 1 cup morsels and sweetened condensed milk in a small, heavy-duty sauce pan. Warm over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Spread over hot crust.
Stir nuts and remaining morsels into reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle over chocolate filling. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack.
