Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Chocolate syrup
  2. 1/3 cups - Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  3. 2 cups - Rice cereal
  4. 1/4 cups - Sour cream
  5. 1 quarts - Chocolate chip ice cream

Directions:

Coat bottom and sides of 8" pie plate with butter. Combine syrup and chocolate chips and melt in microwave (45 seconds). Stir. Reserve 1/4 cup.

Combine rice cereal and remaining chocolate. Stir. Press crumbs on bottom and sides of pan. Freeze (15 minutes). Combine reserved chocolate and sour cream. Spread 1/2 ice cream in pie pan. Drizzle 1/2 chocolate mixture over. Top with remaining ice cream and drizzle with chocolate mixture.

Freeze 1 hour. Cover when firm. To cut, dip knife in hot water.
