Use Malai Paneer for best results. You can add Carrots, Broccoli, Baby Corn etc.

Ingredients:
- 200 grams - Paneer Cubed
- 1/2 teaspoons - Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper Powder
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 tablespoons - Cornflour
- - Water As required
- - Oil To Fry
- 2 tablespoons - Soya Sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Red Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoons - Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tablespoons - Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 tablespoons - Sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder For Color
- - Water As Required
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- 3 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Finely Chopped
- 3 pieces - Green Chillies Sliced
- 1 pieces - Onion Square Slices
- 1 pieces - Green Capsicum Square Slices
- 1 cups - Spring Onion - White
- 3 tablespoons - Spring Onion - Green
- - Salt To Taste
- 2 tablespoons - Cornflour Slurry
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Vinegar
- 1 tablespoons - Sesame Seeds
- - Sesame Seeds
- - Spring Onion - Green
Directions:
Take Paneer Cubes in a bowl and add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and cornflour and mix. Now add a little water and mix it properly.
Now fry the paneer in hot oil till golden brown.
Sauce Mixture-
Mix Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Black Pepper Powder, Tomato Ketchup, Sugar, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (mixed with water).
Grease a Pan with some oil. Add Ginger and Garlic and saute.
Now add Green Chillies, Onion and Capsicum and saute.
Now add Sauce Mixture and add spring onion whites and mix it together.
Now add prepared Paneer and mix well.
Now add spring onion greens, salt and cornflour slurry and mix together.
Add vinegar and sesame seeds.
Serve and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
