Chili Quiche

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans - (large cans) green chilies
  2. 1 pounds - Monterey Jack cheese grated
  3. 4 tablespoons - flour
  4. - salt and pepper to taste
  5. 6 - eggs
  6. 2 tablespoons - onion flakes
  7. 1 3/4 cups - milk

Directions:

Spread opened chilies on 10-by-15-inch cookie sheet sprayed with PAM.

Mix flour with grated cheese.

Beat eggs with milk; add onion flakes, salt and pepper and cheese with flour.

Pour over chilies and bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.

Cool and cut into squares (makes about 40 to 50 squares).
