Chili Lime Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons - Light tasting olive oil
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Red wine vinegar
  3. 1 whole - Lime, juiced
  4. 1 teaspoons - Chili powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic powder
  7. - Cayenne, to taste
  8. - Pepper, to taste
  9. - Salt, to taste
  10. 1 pounds - Chicken breasts
  11. - Assorted veggies

Directions:

1. Whisk marinade together. Marinate chicken for 1+ hour.
2. String meat and vegetables onto skewers.
3. Grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
