Chili Con Carne

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - ground beef
  2. 2 cups - onions diced
  3. 2 cups - green peppers diced
  4. 56 ounces - diced tomatoes
  5. 16 ounces - tomato paste
  6. 4 teaspoons - chili powder
  7. 2 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - paprika
  10. 2 cans - kidney beans (15 oz cans)

Directions:

Cook meat, onions, and green peppers until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for at least 2 hours.
