Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - chili powder
  2. 3 pounds - beef chuck / ground beef
  3. 1 teaspoons - to 2 tsp. salt
  4. 2 tablespoons - olive oil divided
  5. 2 - large onions diced
  6. 10 cloves - garlic minced
  7. 7 - jalapeno peppers stemmed, seeded, minced
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  9. 1 cans - plum tomatoes (28 oz.)
  10. 1 tablespoons - red wine vinegar
  11. 6 cups - water
  12. 6 cups - cooked beans
  13. 1 cups - chili powder

  22. 1 tablespoons - red wine vinegar
  23. 6 cups - water
  24. 6 cups - cooked beans

Directions:

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil in large pot. Add ground beef and salt and cook until meat is browned.

Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until heated through and desired consistency.
