Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - chickpeas
  2. 2 tablespoons - tahini
  3. 1 teaspoons - dijon
  4. 1 cloves - garlic
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - capers
  6. 1 - green onion
  7. 2 tablespoons - cilantro chopped
  8. 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  9. - salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, Dijon mustard, garlic, capers, green onions, cilantro, lemon juice, and pinches of salt and pepper. Pulse until combined, but do not puree. Season to taste.
