Notes:
All of the measurements are merely a suggestion. Just experiment and work it out to your taste. My sister uses green bell peppers in hers in addition to the onions and celery. I serve mine with 5 Cheese Bread.

Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1 whole - Chicken Cut up, clean, and prepare to boil
- 1 whole - Onion chop to your preference
- 1 whole - celery chop to your preference
- 1 1/2 pounds - Processed Cheese cubed (I found that I generally like my store brand instead of the National brand)
- 2 pounds - Thin Spaghetti/Angel Hair
- 1 sticks - butter / margarine
Directions:
Take your whole chicken cut up and put in a large pot filled with water (for more flavor add some chicken boullion) boil until done. (This can be done earlier in the day so the chicken can cool before de-boning). Chop up your vegetables and begin sauteeing them on a medium heat in the butter. While the vegetables are sauteeing begin to de-bone the chicken. Save your chicken stock (water) for boiling your pasta. While your pasta is boiling add your deboned chicken in with your sauteed vegetables.
After your pasta is done, drain your pasta (do not rinse) SAVING the stock for later use.
In a large pot add your cubed cheese, sauteed vegetables, de-boned chicken, and your pasta. Stir until cheese is completely melted . If your mixture seems to be to dry add some of your chicken stock until mixture is moist and juicy but not soupy.
