Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - chicken - Costco shredded
- 5 pieces - cucumber sliced - 1/4" thick
- 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1/2 cups - rice vinegar
- 1/2 cups - soy sauce
- 1/4 cups - sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons - roasted sesame seeds
- 4 stalks - green onion chopped
- 2 cloves - garlic grated
- 1 tablespoons - Hondashi
- - chili pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredients - excluding chicken & cucumbers. Pour over chicken and cucumber. Mix and refrigerate.
