Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - oil
  2. 1 pounds - boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
  3. 4 cups - baby spinach leaves washed, dried
  4. 1 1/2 cups - instant white rice uncooked
  5. 1 cups - grape or cherry tomatoes
  6. 1 cans - condensed chicken broth 10.5 oz.
  7. 1/2 cups - water
  8. 1/4 cups - Kraft grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

HEAT oil in large deep skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 to 8 min. or until done.

ADD spinach, rice, tomatoes, broth and water; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

STIR in cheese.
