Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - oil
- 1 pounds - boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 cups - baby spinach leaves washed, dried
- 1 1/2 cups - instant white rice uncooked
- 1 cups - grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 cans - condensed chicken broth 10.5 oz.
- 1/2 cups - water
- 1/4 cups - Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
HEAT oil in large deep skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 to 8 min. or until done.
ADD spinach, rice, tomatoes, broth and water; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
STIR in cheese.
