Chicken Adobo

Ingredients:

  1. 4 whole - Chicken leg
  2. 2 cloves - Crushed garlic
  3. 1 teaspoons - Black pepper
  4. 4 leaves - Bay leaves
  5. 3/4 cups - Soy sauce
  6. 1/8 cups - White vinegar

Directions:

- combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate with the chicken overnight
- cook the chicken in the marinade on the stove for 30 minutes then transfer in an oven dish and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 220C or till red.
- if you can’t bake it, cook it at medium heat for 1 hour
