Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons - cocoa powder
- 3/4 cups - milk (I prefer almond, any kind will work)
- - dash of maple syrup
- - splash of vanilla
- - spoonful of peanut butter
- - pinch of salt
- - optional toppings: berries, granola, extra peanut butter
Directions:
In a blender, mix the chia seeds, cocoa powder, milk maple syrup, vanilla and peanut butter along with salt. Blend on high until smooth.
I generally stop it half way, push down anything that is on the sides and then blend it again.
Then, put the chia pudding in a jar / container and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning it will be thick like pudding and ready to add toppings of choice.
I like to add berries, granola and maybe some extra peanut butter.
