Chex Mix - Gluten Free and Dairy Free

  1. 5 cups - corn Chex cereal
  2. 5 cups - rice Chex cereal
  3. 1 cups - gluten-free "O" cereal (such as Nature's Path)
  4. 1 cups - nuts
  5. 2 cups - gluten-free pretzels
  6. 1/2 cups - vegan butter, melted (such as "Earth Balance Soy Free Vegan Buttery Sticks")
  7. 2 1/2 tablespoons - gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  8. 2 teaspoons - seasoning salt (see link to homemade recipe in directions)
  9. 1 teaspoons - garlic powder
  10. 3/4 teaspoons - onion powder


Preheat oven to 250°F.

Add chex, “O” cereal, nuts, and pretzels to a roasting pan or deep sheet tray.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt Vegan butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir until seasoning has dissolved.

Pour the vegan butter mixture over the Chex mix and stir to coat evenly.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes with a rubber spatula.

Let the Chex Mix sit for 20-30 minutes or until dry.
