Cherry Jell-O

Ingredients:

  1. 6 ounces - cherry jell-o
  2. 2 cups - hot water
  3. 1 cups - cold water
  4. 21 ounces - cherry pie filling
  5. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  6. 8 ounces - pineapple tidbits, don't drain off pineapple juice
  7. - Nuts, optional

Directions:

Add 2 cups boiling water to the cherry jell-o packages.

Stir until dissolved, for at least two minutes.

Add 1 cup cold water and cherry pie filling. Chill until set.

Mix together cream cheese and pineapple (with juice). Spread together on top set jell-o.
