Lightly greased 9X13 pan. Filling: 1. Put semi thawed cherries in large saucepan. Add white sugar, cinnamon and corn starch. Stir well, cook over low heat to a light boil, until corn starch is well incorporated and liquid more clear than cloudy. 2. Remove from heat and add almond extract. Topping: 3. Mix flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and pecans until crumbly. 4. Put cherries in grease pan. Soread topping over cherries. 5. Bake 25 minutes convection oven, 30 minutes regular oven.

Ingredients:
- Cherry filling
- 2 1/2 pounds - Frozen pie cherries (from Lindy's) semi thawed
- 1 cups - white sugar
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/4 cups - corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoons - almond extract
- Topping
- 1 cups - brown sugar
- 3/4 cups - flour
- 3/4 cups - rolled oats
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg
- 1/2 cups - butter melted
- 1/2 cups - pecans chopped
Directions:
Filling
1. Lightly butter 9X13 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, regular or convection.
2. Put semi-thawed pie cherries into large saucepan. Add white sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Cook over low heat just to boil and cornstarch dissolved well. Liquid will start to look clear. Remove from heat and stir in almond flavoring.
Topping
3. In medium mixing bowl mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and pecans. Mix well until crumbly.
4. Put cherries in greased pan, spread topping over the top.
5. Bake 25 minutes convection, 30 minutes regular oven.
