Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 1 loaves - Italian bread
  2. 4 tablespoons - butter or margarine softened
  3. 1/3 cups - mozzarella cheese grated
  4. 4 cloves - garlic chopped
  5. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese grated
  6. 1 teaspoons - dried basil
  7. 1 teaspoons - dried parsley
  8. 1 loaves - Italian bread
  9. 4 tablespoons - butter or margarine softened
  10. 1/3 cups - mozzarella cheese grated
  11. 4 cloves - garlic chopped
  12. 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese grated
  13. 1 teaspoons - dried basil
  14. 1 teaspoons - dried parsley

Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350. Cut loaf in half lengthwise.

- Spread each bread half with softened butter. Sprinkle mozzarella and chopped garlic evenly over each bread half.

- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, basil and parsley. Sprinkle herb mixture over top of bread.

- Place bread halves on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Cut bread into 1 inch slices. Serve immediately.
