Cheesy Crab Nachos

Ingredients:

  1. 9 ounces - Tortilla chips
  2. 16 ounces - Crab meat 1 can, drained
  3. 16 ounces - Refried beans 1 can
  4. 16 ounces - Mild Salsa
  5. 12 ounces - Pickled Jalapeno Slices drained
  6. 16 ounces - Shredded Mexican Cheese blend
  7. 1 cups - Fresh Cilantro chopped
  8. 1 - Lime quartered
  9. - Guacamole optional
  10. - Sour Cream optional

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400°. Spread the tortilla chips on a large oven proof tray; set aside. Combine the crab meat, beans, salsa and jalapeno slices in a large bowl; spread the mixture on top of the chips. Top with cheese.
2. Bake until the cheese melts, about 6 minutes. Squeeze lime over nachos; garnish with cilantro. Serve with guacamole and sour cream on the side, if using.
