Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Butter room temp
- 3/4 cups - Sugar
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 cups - Boiled carrots mashed then cooled
- 2 cups - Flour
- 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 cups - Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 cups - Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Milk
- 1 cups - Butter room temp
- 3/4 cups - Sugar
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 cups - Boiled carrots mashed then cooled
- 2 cups - Flour
- 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Beat in cooled mashed carrots. Blend together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat/mix into butter mixture.
Refrigerate at least two hours. Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes until no imprint remains when lightly touched. They are slightly golden at this point.
While in the oven, mix frosting with a spoon until smooth and of light consistency.
While slightly warm, frost with frosting.
