Caramel Toffee Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 32 - Kraft caramels
  2. 2/3 cups - evaporated milk
  3. 1 cups - flour
  4. 3/4 cups - oats
  5. 1/2 cups - brown sugar
  6. 1 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  8. 3/4 cups - margarine
  9. - chocolate chips for sprinkling on top

Directions:

Melt caramels with evaporated milk.

Combine with remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
