  1. - pizzelle shells
  2. 3 cups - ricotta cheese
  3. 1 1/4 cups - sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  5. 1/4 cups - mini chocolate chips
  6. - pizzelle shells
  7. 3 cups - ricotta cheese
  8. 1 1/4 cups - sugar
  9. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  10. 1/4 cups - mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Use with pizzelle shell; roll when hot.

Stuff cannoli when you serve.
