You can use a buttermilk powder (4 Tbsps) and water (1 cup) or 1/3 cup of sour cream and 2/3 cup of milk instead of buttermilk.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups - Flour
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar
- 4 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 3/4 cups - Butter Diced to 1/4” or grated
- 1 cups - Buttermilk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Mix in a little of a time of diced or grated butter pieces.
4. Add liquid and mix until partly mixed.
5. Turn out onto floured surface and continue to mix till you get a dough ball.
6. Roll out to 3/4" -1" thick and use a biscuit cutter to make biscuits.
7. Bake until biscuits until tops are golden brown, about 15 minutes.
