Butterflied Bacon-Wrapped Venison Loins

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - butterflied venison loins
  2. 3 ounces - steak sauce
  3. 1 ounces - soy sauce
  4. 1 ounces - worcestershire sauce
  5. - pre-cooked bacon
  6. - monterey jack cheese
  7. - Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions:

Marinate 6-8 butterflied venison loins in steak sauce, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Let stand for at least for hours. Individually wrap each loin with pre-cooked bacon, adding a 1 in piece of monterey jack cheese between the butterflied loins. Tighlty wrap and place a toothpick through the loin to secure. Grill 10-16 mins or Broil 18 mins at 450.
