    If you like blue cheese, add 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese to the hot sauce mixture.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 tablespoons - butter
  2. 1/3 cups - Frank's Hot Sauce
  3. 1/3 cups - Ranch Dressing
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/2 cups - Italian Panko Bread Crumbs
  6. 2 stalks - celery finely chopped
  7. 1 tablespoons - garlic minced
  8. 1 - large egg
  9. 1 teaspoons - onion powder
  10. 1 pounds - ground chicken
  11. 1 cups - shredded cheese cheddar, monterey jack, colby

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 and cover a large baking pan with parchment paper
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and hot sauce. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir
In a medium size bowl, mix together remaining 9 ingredients until combined.
Add half the (cooled) hot sauce mixture, and combine.
Using a 1" cookie scoop, form meatballs, and transfer to prepared pan.
Bake 15 minutes (until golden brown)
Drizzle remaining hot sauce over meatballs before serving, or place in a bowl for dipping.
