Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Fresh tomatoes
  2. 2 tablespoons - Fresh basil chopped
  3. 1 tablespoons - Fresh parsley chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  6. 1 cloves - Garlic minced
  7. 2 tablespoons - Mild olive oil
  8. 1 pounds - Fresh tomatoes
  9. 2 tablespoons - Fresh basil chopped
  10. 1 tablespoons - Fresh parsley chopped
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  13. 1 cloves - Garlic minced
  14. 2 tablespoons - Mild olive oil

Directions:

Blanch, peel and chop tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, basil and parsley and blend. Add oil and garlic.

Allow to marinate at least one hour at room temperature. Can be used to top grilled or toasted Italian bread or can be used as a pasta sauce.
