Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  2. 4 - Egg
  3. 2 cups - Whipping cream
  4. 2 cups - Milk
  5. 1 tablespoons - Grated lemon peel
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  7. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  8. 16 ounces - Loaf French bread Cut into 2 in cubes
  9. 1 cups - Fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:

Beat sugar and eggs at medium speed, electric mixer until fluffy. Add whipping cream and next 4 ingredients, beating until blended. Fold in bread cubes and blueberries, and pour into a lightly greased 14x9 pan. Let stand 10 min. (If not serving right away, you can put in fridge overnight).

Bake at 375 for 40-45 min.
Cool in pan for 5 min - serve with blueberry sauce.
