Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Bisquick
  2. 1 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 - Egg
  4. 1 cups - Sour cream
  5. 1 cups - Blueberries
  6. 2 teaspoons - Lemon peel

Directions:

Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, sour cream. Add blueberries. Put in 12 muffin tin, using paper liners. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons lemon peel over top of muffins before baking.

Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
