Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - unsweetened hemp milk
- 1/2 cups - plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoons - hulled hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoons - chia seeds
- 1 cups - frozen blueberries
- 1/2 - frozen banana
- 1/4 cups - raw cashews
- 1/2 cups - ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Divide between 2 glasses.
