Blender Freezer Waffles

Ingredients:

  1. - coconut oil cooking spray
  2. 12 ounces - cream cheese (1/3 fat)
  3. 3 - large eggs
  4. 3/4 cups - egg whites
  5. 1 tablespoons - aluminum-free baking powder
  6. 2 tablespoons - coconut oil (generous tbsps)
  7. 6 tablespoons - unflavored whey protein powder
  8. 6 tablespoons - THM baking blend
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Super Sweet Blend OR 1/4 cup Gentle Sweet
  10. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  11. 2/3 cups - unsweetened cashew or almond milk or water
  12. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Gluccie

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.

Let the batter rest for about 10 seconds and then blend for another minute.

Let batter rest for 10 minutes to thicken up.
