Beef Stroganoff with Noodles

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - sliced round steak
  2. 1/4 cups - flour
  3. - a dash of pepper
  4. 1/4 cups - margarine
  5. 1 cans - 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
  6. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  7. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  8. 1 cans - 10.5 oz. condensed beef broth
  9. 1 cups - sour cream
  10. 3 cups - cooked noodles (about 6 oz. uncooked)

Directions:

Cut meat into thin strips, and dust with flour and pepper. Brown meat in margarine.

Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly. Stir in soup.

Cover and cook about an hour or until meat is tender, stirring now and then. Gradually blend in sour cream. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Serve over noodles.
