Beef and Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 ounces - jar of dried beef chopped
  2. 1 cups - sliced mushrooms
  3. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  4. 2 tablespoons - butter
  5. 1 - unbaked pie shell (OR small individual shells)
  6. 1 1/2 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
  7. 2 tablespoons - flour
  8. 4 - eggs lightly beaten
  9. 1 1/2 cups - milk
  10. - dash of red pepper

Directions:

Saute beef, mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Spread over bottom of pie shell.

Toss cheese with flour. Sprinkle over beef mixture.

Combine eggs, milk and red pepper, and pour over mixture in shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes.
