Bean Bowls

Cook rice or use the pre-cooked packet.
Drain 2 cans of black beans and spray off.
Drain 1 can of corn and spray off.
Put beans and corn in to skillet and add 1/2 packet of chili seasoning. Add a little water and mix up, let simmer.
Cut up pieces of red pepper. Set out yellow tomatoes, sour cream, avocado mash.
Cut lime and squeeze to get juice out.
Now layer your bean bowls:
rice, cheddar cheese, black bean/corn chili from skillet, red pepper, yellow onions,
some avocado mash (or you can cut slices from an avocado) squeeze some sour cream on top, pour some lime juice over, can crumble tortilla chips on top.
If you want it more moist, you can add some salsa on top. We like it dryish like this though. Enjoy!
