Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups - graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cups - butter melted
- 1/4 cups - sugar
- 2 - or 3 bananas sliced
- 1/2 gallons - ice cream
- 1 cups - chopped walnuts
- 1 cups - chocolate chips
- 1/2 cups - butter
- 2 cups - 10x powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups - evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1 pints - whipping cream made into whipped cream
- 1 cups - graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
Mix 1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Place in 11-by-15-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Layer bananas over crust. Slice ice cream in 1/2 and slice; layer over bananas. Sprinkle with walnuts and freeze for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips with butter. Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk; cook until thick and smooth. Add vanilla; cool.
Pour chocolate mixture over ice cream; freeze until firm.
Put whipped cream over chocolate. Top with graham cracker crumbs and store in freezer.
Remove 10 minutes before serving.
