Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - oleo (margarine)
  2. 1 cups - brown sugar
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 3 - mashed bananas
  5. 1/2 cups - chopped nuts
  6. 2 cups - sifted flour
  7. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Cream oleo; add sugar and cream together well. Add eggs one at a time.

Add bananas, nuts and flour, baking soda and salt.

Divide into 2 small loaf tins.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.

Remove from pan while slightly warm.
