Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - sugar
  2. 1 sticks - softened butter
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. 3/4 cups - whole wheat flour
  5. 1 cups - all-purpose flour
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - baking soda
  7. 1 1/4 teaspoons - baking powder
  8. 3/4 teaspoons - salt
  9. 3 - mashed bananas
  10. - optional add-in: chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs. Whip until fluffy.

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Alternately add dry ingredients and the mashed bananas to the butter batter. Mix well (add nuts).

Grease 3 mini loaf pans or 1 regular size loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes for the small pans or 55-60 minutes for the larger pan.
