Baked Stuffed Pears

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - pears, Bosc excellent don't peel
  2. 2 tablespoons - butter
  3. 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  4. 1/2 cups - dried cranberries cut & chopped
  5. 1/2 cups - cider or wine vinegar
  6. 6 - pears, Bosc excellent don't peel

  10. 1/2 cups - cider or wine vinegar

Directions:

1. Core pears from blossom end.
2. Stuff with mix and add liquid.
3. Tent with foil. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
