Baked Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:

  1. 6 ounces - Crabmeat drained and flaked
  2. 4 ounces - Neufchatel Cheese softened
  3. 1/4 cups - Green Onions thinly sliced
  4. 1/4 cups - Light Mayonnaise
  5. 12 - Won Ton Wrappers
  6. 6 ounces - Crabmeat drained and flaked
  7. 4 ounces - Neufchatel Cheese softened
  8. 1/4 cups - Green Onions thinly sliced
  9. 1/4 cups - Light Mayonnaise
  10. 12 - Won Ton Wrappers

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°
Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and mayo
Spray 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray
Gently place one won ton wrapper in each cup, allowing edges of wrappers to extend above sides of cups
Fill evenly with crabmeat mixture
Bake 18-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through
