Baked Cannoli

Ingredients:

  1. 3 1/2 cups - Pastry (cake) Flour
  2. 1 pounds - Butter
  3. 1 cups - Sour Cream

Directions:

Cut Butter into Flour, then blend in Sour Cream. Add more flour if needed.
Roll out, then cut and put onto Cannoli forms.

Bake at 375 for 15 to 17 minutes.
