Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Cabbage Grated
- 1/2 cups - Carrot Grated
- 2 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 cups - Bajri Boiled
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander
- 2 tablespoons - Soya Sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cups - Cornflour
- 4 tablespoons - Bajri Flour
- - Oil To Fry
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Garlic Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Ginger Chopped
- 3 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Colored Capsicum Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Cabbage Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Carrot Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Tomato Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons - Black Pepper
- 1 cups - Bajri Water
- 2 teaspoons - Soya Sauce
- 2 teaspoons - Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 teaspoons - Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoons - Vinegar
- - Fried Noodles
- - Coriander
Directions:
For Bajri Manchurian Balls
In a bowl, mix carrot, cabbage, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, black pepper, bajri, coriander, sauces.
Now add cornflour and bajri flour and mix properly.
Now make Manchurian balls and fry till golden brown.
For Manchow Soup
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic, ginger and onion and saute properly.
Now add capsicum, cabbage, carrot and tomatoes. Add salt, black pepper.
Add Bajri Water and sauces and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add Vinegar.
Serve hot with soup, manchurian and noodles.
