    Get a BIG OL loaf of French or Italian bread.. butter that baby, load it with garlic salt, and bake for 10 minutes til butter is melty and the bread is perfect!

  1. 1 jars - Sun Dried Tomatoes
  2. 1 jars - Pesto
  3. 2 heads - broccoli
  4. 1 heads - Cauliflower
  5. 4 cloves - garlic
  6. 1 1/4 cups - Parmesan Cheese
  7. 1 1/8 cups - Olive Oil
  8. 4 pinchs - Red pepper flakes


1. Cook the pasta (penne, rotini, farfalle) according to box
2. Pop some olive oil (Fellipo Berrio) into the saucepan and saute lots of garlic
3. After cleaning and cutting into florets, throw the broccoli and cauliflower into the saute pan and saute until a little charred.
4. While cooking add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
5. When the pasta is finished, drain and put it into a big bowl for serving.
6. Add cut up Sun dried tomatoes, everything from the broccoli and cauliflower pan, and pesto.
7. Stir it alllll around.. add a little more olive oil if need or a little butter
8. Load on the PARM ... and serve!
