Ingredients:
- 1 cups - panko
- 1 cups - cornmeal
- 3/4 teaspoons - onion powder, dill, dried parsley,
- 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder, marjoram, paprika,
- 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper, black pepper
Directions:
Mix spices together and put in a bag. Store in fridge. Bernie makes with frozen, thawed out haddock. She cuts it in half and pats it dry and keeps pushing the crumb mixture on in layers. She pan fries it on low. It gets crispy and fish is flaky. Very good with a slaw side dish. Yum.
