Ingredients:
- 1 cans - 6-oz. Hunt's tomato paste
- 1/2 cups - Red wine *Reunite Lambrusco is used by Anthony
- 2 cans - 14.5-oz Hunt's petite diced tomatoes
- 1 cans - 15-oz. Hunt's tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons - Mediterranean dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons - Dried basil
- 1 teaspoons - Ground cinnamon
- 8 whole - Bone-in chicken thighs See note below
- 2 cans - 14.65-oz. cans quartered Artichoke hearts Drained
- 2 jars - 14.4-oz. jars HEB salad-cut hearts of palm Drained
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. Dissolve tomato paste in wine. In a bowl, blend tomato paste mixture, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil an cinnamon.
2. Place chicken thighs in 9X13 glass casserole dish. Place artichoke hearts and hearts of palm in and around the thighs and spoon the sauce over it.
3. Cover with foil and bake for 45 min. Remove foil and bake 30 min. more.
