Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Russet Potatoes thin sliced
  2. 1 - Onion diced
  3. 2 - Garlic diced
  4. 2 cups - Spinach or Kale chopped
  5. 1 pounds - Hot Italian Ground Sausage
  6. 3/4 cups - Heavy Cream
  7. 4 cups - Chicken Broth
  8. - Red pepper flakes to taste
  9. 4 - Russet Potatoes thin sliced
  10. 1 - Onion diced
  11. 2 - Garlic diced
  12. 2 cups - Spinach or Kale chopped
  13. 1 pounds - Hot Italian Ground Sausage
  14. 3/4 cups - Heavy Cream
  15. 4 cups - Chicken Broth
  16. - Red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

Heat pot to high/med.
Brown potatoes, onion, garlic , and salt to season. Cook till onions are clear and remove.
Add in ground sausage, once cooked add in potato mixture.
Lower heat to med/low.
Add in cream and broth, then cover pot and simmer for 5 mins.
Add in spinach or kale and cook another 10 mins.
Add red pepper flakes a gusto.
Season with salt.
Stir and eat!
